Cloudhouse brings advanced IT governance to ServiceNow users with strategic partnership

Cloudhouse has announced its strategic partnership with ServiceNow, the AI platform for business transformation. This collaboration aims to enrich the standard IT Change Enablement process by integrating Guardian by Cloudhouse, providing enhanced capabilities, and increasing the value derived from the ServiceNow platform.

Cloudhouse will showcase this partnership at ServiceNow's Knowledge 2025 event, taking place in Las Vegas from 6-8th May 2025. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience firsthand how Guardian integrates with ServiceNow to streamline IT operations and improve service delivery.

Central to this integration is Guardian’s Drift Management and awareness capabilities. These allow organisations to leverage the understanding and infrastructure transparency afforded by Guardian, to gain visibility into the true changes ongoing in the environment. It also empowers IT teams to track the full lifecycle of a device from discovery through to offlining. Integrating with ServiceNow’s Incident, Change and Configuration Management modules provide unparalleled visibility and understanding of the IT estate.

In combination with Searchlight, Cloudhouse’s advanced device discovery capability powered by LanSweeper, IT teams can efficiently discover and catalog devices across their environment. These devices can then be seamlessly ingested into the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database, enriching governance and process workflows.

By leveraging the combined power of Searchlight, Guardian, and ServiceNow, organisations can:

Gain deeper insights into their IT estate, ensuring accurate and up-to-date device inventories.

Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities, including tracking common vulnerabilities and exposures.

Automate compliance verification, ensuring IT assets adhere to internal and regulatory standards.

Enhance service delivery by pinpointing critical changes and enabling IT teams to take swift action.

Mat Clothier, CEO at Cloudhouse, commented: “Our partnership with ServiceNow represents a significant step forward in our mission to help organisations achieve seamless application compatibility and cloud enablement. We look forward to demonstrating how our integrated solutions can drive operational excellence and deliver superior service experiences at Knowledge 2025.”
