Michelle joins Evolve from Giacom, a leading cloud and IT services provider, where she was overseeing the group consolidation, management accounts, and statutory accounts preparation for multiple entities. Prior to this, she held senior finance positions across the renewables and asset management sectors at Vercity, gaining extensive experience in managing complex financial operations.
Michelle started in her new role in November, and her initial focus will be on understanding Evolve’s financial landscape, building relationships, and setting a foundation for future strategies.

With more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, Michelle is a commercially focused accountant with a passion for delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis.

The announcement follows the appointment of Martyn Yih has Head of IT services and Caroline Oxley in a new Head of People role, and is part of a long-term strategy to strengthen Evolve’s leadership team, and reinforce its commitment to being an employer of choice.
