Snom continues to nurture partnerships across distributors and trade networks. As a new initiative, it has introduced fresh support measures specifically tailored for its Gold and Silver partners. These partners now benefit from simplified purchasing conditions and enhanced bonus structures, designed to strengthen their market position effectively.

Gold and Silver partners, through these enhancements, are now privy to expedited access to exclusive rebates and bonuses. This is a departure from previous methods, which required documentation submissions. The streamlined approach aims to allow partners to procure products through their trusted distributors, thereby reducing administrative workload and fostering transparent interactions.

Complementing these changes is the launch of the Competence Centre. This training hub aims to address the mounting intricacies associated with modern VoIP and communication solutions. Offering both digital and practical training formats, the centre aims to reduce support interventions while expediting project completions.

The courses provided cater to a range of needs, from installation basics in the "Snom Trained Specialist Desk Phone" programme to the complexities of DECT infrastructures. Each training session is oriented towards real-world applications, conducted by seasoned technicians, ensuring participants gain tangible skills by working directly with hardware.

The focus extends to sector-specific training, notably for hospitality and healthcare. The "Snom Trained Specialist Hospitality" course delves into communication solutions that prioritise data protection and operational efficiency. Attendees are guided through processes unique to these environments, such as speed-dial configurations and management systems.

The international reach of these training sessions aim to highlight Snom's commitment to global inclusivity, with courses available in multiple languages and time zones.
