iland EMEA opens UK offices in The Shard, Central London

Cloud infrastructure and disaster recovery provider expands London presence.

iland, a cloud infrastructure provider with  data centres in London and Manchester as well as the US and APAC regions, has secured new office space in The Shard, Central London. The new office, which is within The Office Group’s shared workspace on the 24th and 25th levels of The Shard, will allow iland to further expand its cloud services and disaster recovery business in the UK and Europe, alongside providing an accessible meeting space for customers and partners in an iconic location, in the heart of the City of London.

Well-connected, The Shard boasts a thriving atmosphere and is home to many other distinguished companies including Sage, Tiffany and Co. and Sapphire Systems. Further, the move to the Shard provides iland with a strong London foothold to complement the company’s established presence in the UK cloud market.

The move also coincides with the recent appointment of Monica Brink as iland’s EMEA Marketing Director. Monica has over 10 years of global experience in product and channel marketing in the Cloud Computing and ERP sectors, and will be responsible for growing iland’s profile and brand in EMEA.

Monica Brink comments: “We are absolutely delighted with iland’s move to one of London’s most iconic modern buildings. The location and accessibility of this wonderful office space will be ideal to bring clients in for meetings, and allows us to be right in the centre of London.”

“Olly Olsen, Co-CEO of The Office Group (TOG), comments: “We looking forward to welcoming iland to the TOG community at The Shard, which is a world-class building in a fantastic location.”
