Claranet SOHO strengthens SMB offering with Office 365

Microsoft Office 365 integrates with Claranet SOHO’s network to help small and medium-sized businesses increase productivity and efficiency to add to the bottom line.

Claranet SOHO, a division of Claranet Ltd focused on small and medium businesses, has incorporated Microsoft Office 365 into its portfolio. The new service provides Microsoft’s business enabling tools delivered through an enterprise-grade network and resilient data centres. With the addition of Office 365 Claranet SOHO is now able to provide its customers with the full range of services and solutions that they need to improve agility and aid business growth.

Claranet SOHO is a business-to-business specialist and has developed products and services to meet ever-changing business needs such as dedicated connectivity, hosting, email and security. Providing a wide range of services with tiered functionality, Claranet SOHO supports the needs of SMBs and ensures companies only pay for what the need. In adding Office 365 to its portfolio, the company is now a ‘one-stop-shop’ for SMBs, able to cater to the full range of communication and business requirements.

According to Alan Tavernor, Claranet SOHO’s director, being able to provision cloud-based business applications, such as Office 365, from a provider with a pedigree in connectivity comes with significant management and reliability benefits. This, in turn, lets business owners get back to the job at hand: running their business.

Alan said: “As more SMBs look to innovative technology solutions to achieve greater business success, we are continually aiming to provide services that will really make a positive impact on the way their business operates and help them achieve growth. With our heritage as an ISP, we are able to give customers the connectivity they need to communicate across the business, along with the applications that will enable them to get the job done. Having this range of capability with one provider simplifies licensing and eliminates the headache of managing multiple suppliers. This means SMBs can concentrate on moving their businesses forward with the help of the new technology.”
