Creative ITC expands with new U.S. headquarters

Creative ITC has established its U.S. headquarters in Houston to support growth across North America and enhance delivery of its private cloud and digital workspace services for architecture, engineering and energy clients.

Creative ITC, a private cloud infrastructure provider, has established its U.S. headquarters in Houston to strengthen its ability to deliver digital workspace and private cloud services to architecture, engineering and energy organisations across North America.

This development follows the opening of new offices in Basingstoke and Milton Keynes in the UK, alongside new data centres in Jaipur and Melbourne. It represents a further step in Creative ITC’s global growth strategy amid rising international client demand.

The company operates a multi-region infrastructure platform spanning North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East, supporting thousands of users in the AEC and energy sectors. It serves organisations ranging from mid-sized firms to global enterprises, enabling secure access to complex design and operational systems without the need to maintain their own IT environments.

For more than a decade, the UK-founded company has supported North American clients through its global platform and infrastructure footprint. The new U.S. headquarters formalises its regional presence and is intended to enhance delivery capacity and responsiveness. The company is also exploring potential partnerships in the U.S., with early discussions showing progress.

To support its expansion, Creative ITC has appointed Matt Fox as Vice President of Business Development for the U.S. market. Based in Houston, Fox brings experience from the managed service provider sector and is responsible for driving growth and client engagement across the architecture, engineering and energy sectors.

“Many U.S. organisations are modernising legacy infrastructure while managing complex operational requirements, including mergers, acquisitions and large-scale project delivery,” Fox said. “Our presence in Houston allows us to work directly with US clients and UK-headquartered firms operating overseas, deploying infrastructure environments designed specifically to support their engineering and operational needs.”
