Ferns N Petals Reduces Infrastructure Costs by 40% Using AWS

With 200 outlets in 85 cities, Ferns N Petals is India's largest flower and gifts retailer. The retailer?s website, which runs on AWS, is active in 156 countries and operates in Europe, USA, the Middle East and South East Asia. Ferns N Petals uses AWS to run all of its operations, including its website, CRM, content management system, call center, email SMTP, vendor extranet and content delivery. By using AWS, Ferns N Petals can scale up to meet high demand for holidays like Valentine?s Day and Christmas while keeping the IT infrastructure in working condition with minimum effort. By moving to the AWS cloud, the company has been able to focus more on the business, and have achieved 50 percent growth year over year.
