Westcon-Comstor achieves Great Place to Work certification

Westcon-Comstor has been certified as a workplace in 25 countries following positive employee feedback.

Westcon-Comstor, a global technology distributor operating in cybersecurity, networking, and hybrid cloud solutions, has been included in the annual Great Place To Work survey results.

The survey, which assesses workplace culture and employee experience globally, reported outcomes related to trust in the workplace and perceptions of leadership and inclusion. Following certification for a second consecutive year, Westcon-Comstor’s results cover 25 countries.

In this year’s results, 80% of employees indicated that Westcon-Comstor is a great place to work, consistent with the previous year’s result. The Trust Index was reported at 77%, reflecting measured levels of employee trust within the organisation.

More than 90% of employees reported that they are treated fairly regardless of gender, race, ethnic origin, or sexual orientation. In addition, 89% reported a positive onboarding experience and satisfaction with the ability to take time off when needed. A further 85% said they feel proud to be associated with Westcon-Comstor.

Regarding management, over 80% of respondents described leaders as approachable and competent. Employees also reported understanding how their roles connect to the wider company strategy, with agreement that people managers reflect the company’s stated values of partnership, ambition, integrity, and accountability.

The leadership effectiveness index was reported at 78%.

Recognition: Westcon-Comstor’s Great Place To Work certification applies across countries including Australia, Austria, China, and others.

Further development activities include ongoing initiatives focused on recognition, reward structures, and embedding company values into day-to-day operations.
