Cavelo, a provider of data security posture management for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), has announced its sponsorship of MSP Well, a community-driven initiative focused on supporting the mental health and overall wellbeing of IT and cybersecurity professionals.

MSP Well was developed by industry professionals familiar with the pressures of the field. The initiative addresses challenges such as burnout, stress, and the demands of being “always on.” It is supported by vendors, media, and channel partners through board participation, content contribution, and sponsorship.

IT and cybersecurity professionals operate in high-pressure environments, balancing client expectations, cyber threat management, incident response, and business growth. MSP Well provides a platform where these professionals can:

  • Connect with peers who understand their specific challenges
  • Access curated mental health and wellness resources
  • Participate in community discussions and events
  • Reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues

The pressures in IT and cybersecurity have implications beyond technical operations, potentially affecting service delivery, team dynamics, and long-term business sustainability. MSP Well aims to support both individual wellbeing and the broader MSP ecosystem by promoting open dialogue and providing resources.

MSP Well will launch its official programming at the Xchange March 2026 conference in Orlando, Florida, with support from The Channel Company. More information and participation details are available on the initiative’s website.
