Ping Identity, a provider of digital identity solutions for enterprises, has announced the appointment of Graeme Ventris as Regional Vice President for EMEA Channel and Alliances. Ventris will lead Ping Identity’s channel and alliance strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on growth within the company’s partner ecosystem as demand for secure identity solutions increases.

With experience in partner sales, enablement, and AI-driven innovation, Ventris brings expertise in building and leading partner teams within the enterprise software sector. His background in developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue through indirect sales models is expected to support the expansion of Ping Identity’s presence and strengthen relationships with key partners across the EMEA region.

In his new role, Ventris will oversee the development and execution of the partner strategy, ensuring that channel partners are equipped to deliver Ping Identity’s identity platform to enterprise clients. His responsibilities include fostering collaboration that enables businesses to advance their digital transformation initiatives while managing identity and security effectively.

As organisations face increasingly complex digital identity challenges, including those influenced by AI-related risks, Ventris’ role is aimed at positioning channel partners to support digital transformation efforts, with identity management as a central component.

“I am excited to join Ping Identity at such a pivotal time,” said Graeme Ventris, RVP, EMEA Channel and Alliances. “Customers don’t adopt identity in isolation. They rely on trusted partners to design, deploy, and scale it effectively."
