DXC Technology has launched its Customer Experience Centre (CEC) in London as part of its digital transformation initiatives. The centre is designed to support businesses in applying AI to their technology strategies. Located in London’s business and innovation district, the centre is positioned to support enterprise-scale engagement.

The CEC is intended to facilitate collaboration with customers across industries to support the implementation of AI initiatives. It draws on the expertise of 6,000 DXC team members in the UK and Ireland, combining advisory and implementation capabilities.

To support its operations, DXC is recruiting 150 AI specialists in the UK and Ireland. These roles are expected to strengthen existing capabilities and contribute to the development of professionals supporting AI-driven projects and organisational change.

The CEC provides an environment where business and technology teams can collaborate on the development, validation, and implementation of AI and data-driven solutions. The facility supports engagement across areas such as automation and enterprise applications using DXC’s platforms and services.

Organisations including the Metropolitan Police and Barts Health NHS Trust, alongside customers from healthcare, automotive, technology, and insurance sectors, are among those associated with the centre’s focus areas. The centre offers opportunities for engagement with DXC specialists to explore digital transformation projects.

Through its services portfolio, the CEC supports efforts to address challenges related to AI adoption and digital transformation. Customers engage with DXC’s broader network of over 40,000 engineers as part of solution development and deployment processes.

The centre forms part of DXC’s broader approach to technology-enabled transformation. It supports organisations in moving AI initiatives from pilot stages toward operational use within controlled and structured environments.

In summary, the London CEC serves as a dedicated space for collaboration around AI and digital transformation, supported by local specialists and global engineering resources.
