Carbon3.ai has deployed NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra AI infrastructure integrated with HPE direct liquid cooling (DLC) enabled servers. The deployment is intended to improve AI performance, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in computing.

Carbon3.ai's use of HPE ProLiant Compute XD685 servers, powered by the NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra AI infrastructure, aims to enhance AI capacity delivery for businesses across the UK. The systems will operate within an HPE AI Mod POD—a performance-optimised data centre noted for its scalability, data privacy, and HPE's patented cooling systems.

Further enhancing its AI capabilities, Carbon3.ai includes advanced NVIDIA networking technologies like NVIDIA Spectrum-X and NVIDIA BlueField-3. These systems aim to ensure efficiency and reduced latency for demanding AI applications.

As an NVIDIA Cloud Partner, Carbon3.ai gains an advantageous head-start, accessing NVIDIA's latest AI technologies. Utilising direct liquid-cooling architecture, Carbon3.ai seeks to reduce energy usage by 30%, leveraging renewable on-site energy to power its data centres. This ensures reduced operational costs, emissions, and heightened infrastructure resilience. The company's approach empowers customers with high compute-per-pound capacity, making it an ideal platform for large-scale AI projects and simulations.

The NVIDIA HGX B300 platform represents significant enhancements in performance and efficiency, reliant on local energy and infrastructure. Furthermore, deploying NVIDIA infrastructure with HPE's liquid-cooled servers allows Carbon3.ai to provide high-performance and energy-efficient computing power.

Carbon3.ai's pioneering deployment addresses core barriers in the UK’s AI landscape, providing efficient, scalable, and sovereign AI infrastructure. By creating resilient local frameworks, the company enables organisations to confidently scale AI projects while achieving sustainability goals.

Industries that rely on high-performance AI workloads, including financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare, will benefit from the Blackwell Ultra deployment. Carbon3.ai’s comprehensive AI platform offers software and tools for swift AI operationalisation, supporting various industry-specific solutions.

To ensure optimal data handling, Carbon3.ai incorporates modern data platforms such as VAST Data. This integration aims to ensure that information is securely stored and easily accessible by AI systems, allowing for seamless transition from raw data to AI applications.

With NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Carbon3.ai’s platform offers cloud-native software tools that simplify the building, running, and scaling of AI applications, driving measurable business value and advancing the UK's position in the global AI economy.
