Entirely recently launched the Entirely Open Ecosystem at the Entirely Summit 2025 in Lisbon, offering a transformative new vision for marketing technology. This major announcement included a preview of Entirely.ai, the first AI-native operating system designed for the modern enterprise marketing landscape.

Faced with the ongoing challenges of outdated SaaS offerings and a lack of trust in marketing's efficacy, Entirely aims to enhance personalised communication while ensuring compliance becomes a key business enabler.

The Entirely Open Ecosystem introduces an innovative AI-native framework that harmonises customers, partners, independent software vendors, data, and creativity within a unified model. Enterprises can leverage this system to integrate their current setups, manage workflows effectively, and incorporate AI seamlessly throughout the marketing process — from initial planning to performance analysis.

Dr. Christoph Bauer, Chairman of Entirely, highlighted the transformative nature of this ecosystem, noting its potential to connect marketing technology and scale personalised consumer experiences. Meanwhile, CEO Tobias Ackermann described it as more than just a technological innovation, but rather a thriving movement reimagining hyper-personalised marketing.

Designed with global enterprises in mind, the open ecosystem offers APIs and shared intelligence, bringing content, data, and workflows together while ensuring compliance and security.

The event also showcased Entirely.ai, a pioneering AI-driven platform with three core capabilities:

  1. Landscape: A real-time digital twin of the marketing stack.
  2. Compliance: Embedded tools to monitor consent and regulatory alignment.
  3. Agentic Marketing: AI agents managing complex campaign orchestrations and budgets.

Although not yet commercially released, Entirely.ai offers a glimpse into a future of collaborative AI-native marketing.

Dr. Ingo Pietsch, from Bosch Siemens Home Appliances, praised the initiative, recognising its potential in transforming future marketing dynamics. Entirely will continue evolving its ecosystem by collaborating with partners to develop pioneering agentic technologies and deeper integrations.

The launch illustrates Entirely's bold move towards empowering CMOs and their teams to shift from traditional cost-centre marketing to dynamic profit-centre performance, heralding a new era of hyper-personalised enterprise marketing.
