Cyware joins Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA) for advanced threat intelligence

Cyware strengthens its position by joining MISA, enhancing its integration with Microsoft security solutions for dynamic threat management.

Cyware, a frontrunner in the realms of AI-powered threat intelligence management, secure threat sharing, and hyper-orchestration, has announced its inclusion as a member of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA). This strategic alliance brings together a network of software development companies and security service partners aligned with Microsoft's security technologies, focusing on defending against the rising tides of cyber threats.

One of the key highlights of this collaboration is the integration of Cyware Intel Exchange with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender. This integration serves to accelerate the process of operationalising threat intelligence into actionable insights. The Cyware Intel Exchange is a completely automated platform designed to streamline the entire threat intelligence lifecycle, offering features such as contextual threat analysis, proactive responses, and bi-directional threat intelligence sharing.

Anuj Goel, CEO and Co-Founder of Cyware, commented on the collaboration by highlighting the pivotal role Cyware has played in enhancing threat intel and security operations teams. The membership with MISA is set to further enrich Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender customers with advanced threat intel sharing capabilities.

According to Maria Thomson, Director of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association, MISA has expanded into a robust ecosystem teeming with some of the world's most reliable security vendors. "Our members, like Cyware, share Microsoft's commitment to collaboration within the cybersecurity community to improve our customers' ability to predict, detect, and respond to security threats faster."

MISA, established in 2018, has been pivotal in unifying Microsoft leaders with security vendors, fostering collaborations to tackle security challenges. The association is committed to offering intelligent, top-tier security solutions designed to collaborate efficiently, protecting organisations within the ever-evolving and complex threat environment driven by AI.
