The acquisition represents the first step for Your.Cloud in the UK and an important new milestone in its journey to become the #1 MSP in Europe. By leveraging the know-how and best practices from Your.Cloud, HDUK aims to become the value-added IT services provider of choice to its customers. Your.Cloud aims to leverage HDUK’s expertise and grow Your.Cloud’s presence through future buy-and-build in the UK.

HDUK has an impressive and proven track record servicing its customers, primarily in the accountancy sector, but also in other sectors with a high reliance on safe, yet agile, IT services. Since its establishment in 2010, HDUK’s employees have proven that they are able to keep up with the high demands of the market and are able to provide these services at a high level of quality, consistent with the expectations of its customers. HDUK will keep on delivering this high-quality service from its offices in Exeter and Manchester under the well-established HDUK name, with the entire Management and Leadership Team staying onboard. HDUK will continue to operate independently within the Your.Cloud group of companies.
