The invitation-only event was held in Athens, Greece, and attended by senior management from Quantum and from more than 50 reseller partners from across the region. Attendees had the chance to meet and hear presentations from Quantum executives, receive exclusive insights into the company’s vision and roadmap of AI infrastructure solutions, and liaise and network with regional Quantum management and industry peers.

The award winners

NEW PARTNER OF THE YEAR: Qubit Technology (Kazakhstan)

Awarded to a partner who launched their engagement with Quantum in the past year and immediately generated pipeline with strategic accounts.

Qubit Technology became an official Quantum reseller in the past year and quickly identified and closed many large enterprise deals in that short time. A major factor in the company’s ability to rapidly penetrate across all verticals and successfully sell the complete Quantum end-to-end portfolio was their dedication to onboarding and training very quickly to hit the ground running.

M&E PARTNER OF THE YEAR: VCT Videocation Creative Tools (Germany)

Awarded to a partner who made a significant contribution to Quantum’s Media & Entertainment business and is a trusted advisor in this industry.

VCT Videocation Creative Tools is a long-standing Quantum partner in the M&E space and truly embraces the position of being an “extended arm” of the Quantum team. The VCT team is knowledgeable, technically advanced, and well respected and trusted by their customers. They also see potential in the full Quantum solution set and are always exploring ways to expand their footprint by touting the value of traditional data centre solutions for the M&E industry.

INNOVATION PARTNER OF THE YEAR: SCC (France)

Awarded to a partner who was particularly successful in positioning new Quantum solutions as well as developing innovative go-to-market strategies.

SCC actively markets the full Quantum portfolio in the public and private sectors. Due to their long-standing relationship with Quantum, they are highly knowledgeable about the company’s technology and are able to develop creative ways to position Quantum’s end-to-end data management solutions to solve any challenge a customer is facing, including managing the challenges of AI. Being the first EMEA partner to close an ActiveScale Cold Storage deal is testimony to their dedication to embracing the latest innovations.

SOLUTION PARTNER OF THE YEAR: MentIQ (Germany)

Awarded to a partner that designed an end-to-end solution to help a customer with demanding requirements find the right approach and implement the right Quantum solution to address a specific problem.

MentIQ is a partner that is quick to understand new technologies and implement innovative, creative ways to bring them to market through solution selling. In the past months, they have been increasingly working with Quantum to develop tailormade solutions to meet the changing needs of their data centre customers, like sustainability concerns, data sovereignty laws, and rising energy costs.

GROWTH PARTNER OF THE YEAR: Studiotech (Poland)

Awarded to a partner with a significant pipeline and revenue growth in the past fiscal year – either across the whole business or for a particular solution set.

Studiotech is a partner that was traditionally strongest in the M&E vertical but by expanding their focus outside that sector into verticals, like the public sector, telecommunications, and local government, has been able to triple the revenue of their Quantum business.

ENTERPRISE PARTNER OF THE YEAR: Vespertec (UK)

Awarded to a partner who has excelled in positioning Quantum in large enterprise accounts with multiple petabytes of data.

Vespertec focuses on winning repeat and scalable business in petabyte-scale environments, with significant potential for growth and expansion. Over the past 12 months, they have focused on building pipeline for Quantum’s new solution, Myriad all-flash software, as well as landing and expanding in data-intensive deployments such as AI for life sciences.

“Our indirect sales business is key to our success as a global company and Elevate EMEA 2024 truly represented the strength and depth of our channel network in EMEA,” said Guillaume Crapart, Vice President, Global Channels at Quantum. “Elevate EMEA mirrors the diversity of the region and offers a great opportunity to all attendees to learn from a wide range of best practices. We were delighted to present our vision and roadmap for the coming months to our key partners and to get direct feedback from them. They are strategic advisors to their customers and can therefore give us valuable input on the most pressing data challenges customers are facing, like AI, data centre efficiency, and long-term retention, and how our end-to-end data platform addresses them.”
