Stellium Datacenters appoints James Cooper as New Business Sales Manager

Stellium Datacenters, owner and operator of one of the UK’s largest purpose-built data centre campuses, has announced the appointment of James Cooper as New Business Sales Manager.

His role is to help grow new client business at a regional and national level for Stellium’s sustainable colocation and global connectivity services. James brings 25 years of working successfully in the technology sector including ten years at Tier 1 operator Verizon selling colocation and connectivity solutions and services.

James Cooper and Ed Bissel will join the Submarine Networks EMEA event on May 31st to June 1st in London. As the cable landing station for the latest submarine fibre cables connecting the UK to the USA and mainland Europe, Stellium offers sustainable colocation utilising 100% REGO certified renewable power and global low-latency connectivity services. Additionally, Stellium owns a 40 km carrier-neutral metropolitan area optical fibre network (MAN), complementing the Newcastle City high speed network and supporting the Northeast’s digital economy by enabling local full fibre network (LFFN) and 5G services and is the home of the Newcastle Internet Exchange (NCL-IX).
