LogPoint, the Modern SIEM, and UEBA company, has been selected by the Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH) to provide its Security Information Event Management (SIEM) solution to bolster Cybersecurity and Compliance in the Trust organization, counting some 4.750 staff members across 130 locations.
GMMH provides inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bolton, the city of Manchester, Salford, and Trafford and a wide range of specialist mental health and substance misuse services across Greater Manchester, the northwest of England and beyond.
“The LogPoint SIEM solution Easily integrates with all of our technology stack to address our specific use cases, and it gives us the visibility we need across our enterprise. LogPoint provides predictability of cost through a node-based pricing model and delivers excellent value for money,” says Kevin Orritt, ICT Security Manager at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
A core element in the LogPoint value proposition is True Predictive Pricing: A node-based licensing model, rather than one based on volume (EPS/GB). This drastically improves the customer’s ability to predict and control the total cost of ownership for their LogPoint SIEM, a model favored by many NHS Trusts.
“We are honored that GMMH has chosen the LogPoint SIEM solution. LogPoint helps to detect evolving Cybersecurity threats, provides centralized analytics across the entire IT infrastructure, and also supports compliance which is a crucial element in modern healthcare,” says Russel Poole, Regional Director, LogPoint UK&I.
