Masergy AIOps is the industry’s first integrated AI-based, digital assistant for network, security and application optimization. Acting as a virtual network engineer, Masergy AIOps provides alerts and recommendations to enhance application performance, predict bandwidth needs, and optimize network throughput based on anomaly detection and predictive analytics. Masergy AIOps is included in the management portal for all SD-WAN clients.

“Innovation has become a major theme for organisations across virtually all industries, and this year’s winners are a testament to the creativity, passion, and perseverance of individuals worldwide,” said Maria Jimenez, chief operating officer of the Business Intelligence Group. “We are thrilled to be honouring Masergy as they are leading by example and making real progress on improving the daily lives of so many.”

“It is an honor to have the Masergy AIOps solution recognized as a 2020 BIG Innovation Award winner,” said Terry Traina, Chief Digital Officer, Masergy. “With two decades of network management experience that went into the product design, Masergy AIOps is laying the foundation for the autonomous networks of the future. Today, no other network services provider offers a holistic approach that deeply embeds AIOps into a global software-defined network.”

Organisations from across the globe submitted their recent innovations for consideration in the BIG Innovation Awards. Nominations were then judged by a select group of business leaders and executives who volunteer their time and expertise to score submissions.
