Engage Hub has been selected by Vivo Ads, mobile advertising platform from Brazil’s largest telecommunications company, to help deliver highly personalised, location-based advertising services to increase customer engagement.

With Engage Hub’s mobile engagement platform, Vivo Ads plans to enhance its mobile advertising business by connecting the real-time customer data of its subscriber base, always respecting privacy.

The customers who opt-in for the service will have access to exclusive offers and promotions from trusted brands, selected and approved by the operator. The clients will also be able to unsubscribe at anytime. Delivering messages in this way is designed to respect the rights of the subscriber base and puts a stop to irrelevant marketing messages, which could lead to dissatisfied subscribers opting out.

Equally, this can help brands deliver a mobile-centric customer engagement strategy, targeting a diverse audience with personalised engagement through a platform that connects the right brands, to the right customers, at the right time.

Mark Sawyer, VP Strategic Solutions at Engage Hub said: “Despite having large volumes of data on their customers, many operators are unable to analyse it and turn it into real-time, contextually relevant advertising services. Mobile network operators are having to increasingly understand the huge potential harnessing subscriber data has in delivering personalised communications – be it for their own operational and promotional communications or done on behalf of a brand partner.

“Vivo is embracing new, innovative technology to deliver value added services to its partners and subscribers alike, positioning itself ahead of the competition.”

Carla Beltrão, director at Vivo Ads and Terra said: “We wanted a best-in-class solution to deliver a mobile-centric strategy for both our own company and the brands and agencies we partner with the Engage Hub’s solution easily met the level of sophistication and scale we required, offering a relevant and valuable experience to our customers.”
