Care Protect uses camera and audio technology to monitor the care of adults and children in hospitals and social care settings in the UK. This means the company has a requirement for high speed download and upload capabilities in order to stream video, as well as the need for increased resiliency at its multiple customer sites.

Our health and social care teams monitor our hospitals 24 hours a day, so upload speed is key to our service. We needed to maximise the upload speeds without incurring the cost of leasing additional lines and also needed some proactive monitoring to make us aware if a site had a problem.
“Evolving Networks supplied a multipath Ethernet service which solved the dropout problem we were experiencing, and helped us implement the 1,500 cameras we had to roll-out to a private hospital group. By providing us with a robust SD-WAN solution, we were then able to reduce configuration times, access multiple sites remotely and solve any problems there and then. This also helped to increase productivity as my travel time was freed up significantly thanks to having the ability to access the sites remotely.”
