Signorello has a long track record of innovation and success as CEO of OnX Enterprise Solutions, senior vice president and managing director, North America, for Diebold Inc., and vice president of global managed services, North America, at Unisys.

“Tom is an incredibly strong leader who I’m confident will infuse inspiration and enthusiasm across our worldwide network,” said Chairman of the Board Dave Hansen. “He is a visionary who brings a unique leadership approach to our culture, award-winning solution suite, and growing partner community.”

Hansen, who had been serving as interim CEO, will remain chairman of the board at Arcserve.

“I am thrilled to join a company where I believe the possibilities are limitless,” said Signorello. “I am fiercely committed to augmenting the vibrant culture and accelerating the innovation and execution that our customers have come to expect from us. At a time when our market is transforming and becoming more competitive than ever, I couldn’t be more confident in our ability to win, or more honoured to build this next chapter at Arcserve.”

Signorello plans to focus on sharpening operational execution to further enhance customer support and optimise channel presence, while ensuring the company has the strategic processes and go-to-market strategy to meet future challenges.

Signorello is a 23-year veteran of the IT industry and has held numerous executive leadership roles at both public and private tech firms. Before joining OnX as CEO, he ran the North American business for Diebold, which represented over half of the company’s revenues. Prior to that, Signorello ran the North American global managed service business at Unisys and served as senior vice president, global government managed services at Xerox.
