ATTO Technology’s Celerity HBA certified with NexentaStor
Users can benefit from ATTO’s Advanced Data Streaming (ADS™) latency management technology when building a storage solution.
ATTO has a long history of working and creating joint solutions with Nexenta’s storage products. The certification of ATTO’s Celerity HBAs means users can select that component when installing Nexenta’s software and it will easily configure without the need for additional technical support or assistance. By selecting ATTO’s HBAs, users can take advantage of Advanced Data Streaming (ADS™) technology for latency management, a feature of all Celerity HBAs, designed to keep data moving smoothly, in order and without delays.
Nexenta’s NexentaStor provides unified file and block storage services and runs on industry standard hardware, supporting all-flash, hybrid and all-disk infrastructures. The NexentaStor storage system is a proven choice, deployed across a diverse series of applications and industries to eliminate unwanted vendor restriction while increasing agility and reducing total cost of ownership by at least 50%. NexentaStor is an easily scalable storage option, allowing for simple configuration of virtualized networks or cloud-based systems.
“The certification of ATTO’s Celerity HBA with NexentaStor is another strong addition to the ATTO-Nexenta infrastructure, which also includes our FibreBridge storage controllers and complete Fibre Channel portfolio,” said Tom Kolniak, director of products for ATTO. “Our broad portfolio of connectivity solutions is compatible with most operating systems, including Nexenta’s illumos, and we’re glad to now be a certified component for NexentaStor systems.”
