This new integration, developed by participating i§n the ConnectWise Invent programme, comes alongside Druva strengthening its worldwide channel and business development programmes with the appointment of two new executives, Timm Hoyt and Sanjay Katyal. These two new executives join Druva with the aim to support the company’s current expansion of 50 percent bookings growth through its channel network compared to the previous year.
ConnectWise Integration
Druva’s InSync product now integrates with ConnectWise business management solutions, making it easier for managed solution providers (MSPs) to manage and deliver cloud-based data protection services to customers. Following a one-time set-up in the InSync MSP Portal, MSPs will receive alerts and can automatically generate and resolve support tickets in ConnectWise based on events generated from inSync. MSPs will also be able to streamline the inSync management process around workflows.
“As more companies want to build out the range of services that they provide to their clients, ease of management will be essential to help them scale out their processes and cope with demand. Adding automation and integration to disaster recovery and information management services ensures a joined-up approach is in place for MSPs to use. Our work with ConnectWise will help our joint customers serve their clients more effectively and more profitably over time,” commented Peter Amirkahn, Chief Revenue Officer at Druva.
“Druva is a fantastic addition to our list of ConnectWise Invent participants,” said Jeannine Edwards, Sr. Director, ConnectWise Platform Strategy. “Druva has joined a premier group of vendors who are investing considerable time and resources into best-in-class integration efforts. We appreciated the opportunity to collaborate on the initiative and include them in our integration library.”
