Swizznet partners with IndependenceIT

IndependenceIT is partnering with Swizznet, a Seattle-based provider of online accounting solutions. Swizznet, which is a Sage Authorized Partner and an Intuit-Authorized Commercial Hosting provider, has deployed IndependenceIT’s adaptive Cloud Management Platform (CMP+) to simplify the delivery of its hosted financial services and accounting applications.

Swizznet’s accounting application hosting expertise provides a complete solution for businesses that includes instant deployments and access from the company’s on-demand marketplace. The provider uses the latest cloud technology and tools to tailor private cloud solutions for Sage and QuickBooks customers. By providing fast and easy access to accounting applications and other business apps and files, Swizznet business customers benefit from reliable application access without the complexity and cost of managing application infrastructure.

By enhancing Swizznet’s solution with CMP+ from IndependenceIT, Swizznet is able to offer a better solution for its customers, providing greater mobility and control over asset provisioning using the provider’s infrastructure stack and outside clouds. The partnership also allows for a seamless tie-in with Swizznet’s ordering marketplace, offering customers a fully integrated solution.

Released last month, IndependenceIT’s next-generation software platform, CMP+, allows IT administrators to create and automate Software Defined Data Centers (SDDCs), as well as public, private, or hybrid cloud-based servers, applications, and workloads. The solution delivers greater choice in how these services are orchestrated and deployed. Designed for enterprises, independent software vendors (ISVs) and IT service providers, the platform provides the highest level of automation and pre-set workflows to improve support, reduce administrative management, and lower costs.

“Based on their intimate understanding of the market, IndependenceIT offers the most innovative cloud management solution and is committed to providing the best experience for our customers,” said Mike Callan, CEO, Swizznet. “Using CMP+ gives us greater client visibility and administrative control in a turnkey fashion, with the ability to know which users have access and when. IndependenceIT’s platform provides tech that allows for greater scalability as well as easy management within a single pane of glass. Strong partners like IndependenceIT help us to continue to offer the best products to our customers.”

“IT service providers and ISVs alike can benefit from leveraging IndependenceIT’s adaptive Cloud Management Platform,” said Seth Bostock, CEO, IndependenceIT. “Swizznet has confirmed the advantages of using CMP+ using their front-to-back intuitive system that is best of breed and competitively priced.”

With CMP+ now deployed at Swizznet, the company is  in the process of onboarding customers. The IndependenceIT partner is leveraging the CMP+ platform to automate and cost effectively deliver application services directly to businesses, accounting firms, and certified public accountants (CPAs).
