Odin Service Automation is a highly scalable and flexible cloud commerce automation platform that empowers the top service providers worldwide to offer a breakthrough modern user experience and streamline the end-to-end cloud commerce management. With the new release of Odin Service Automation, service providers can now take advantage of a more intuitive, brand-new customer control panel, enhanced performance and scalability, and new SDKs (software development kits) for payment plugins and domains. In addition, service providers can quickly bring new services to market by leveraging the complete catalog of platform-ready services, including Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program services, and maximize revenue by upselling and cross-selling integrated cloud solutions through multi-sales channels and resellers.

As a channel company and global cloud leader, Ingram Micro is committed to expanding its Ecosystem of Cloud in alignment with the vision it shares with Microsoft. Through its demonstrated excellence in driving high-volume Microsoft CSP services, Ingram Micro has earned the distinct recognition of being named Microsoft's 2016 Distributor Partner of the Year.

In an effort to differentiate its cloud platform offerings to accelerate partner profitability, Ingram Micro has made significant investments in its Ecosystem of Cloud, including the acquisition of Ensim Corporation, a leader in enabling the distribution of cloud applications. Complementary to the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace and the Odin automation platform, the acquisition of Ensim allows Ingram Micro to expand its reach into the Enterprise and mid-tier market segments and enable channel partners to increase deal size and drive faster growth in the cloud.

"Our Ecosystem of Cloud is built on a variety of innovative cloud platforms powered by Odin and Ensim, empowering our partners to lead the market on cloud-delivered Microsoft solutions," said Nimesh Dave, executive vice president, Global Cloud, Ingram Micro. "Our clear direction and close partnership with Microsoft has accelerated this strategy, which is well aligned with rapidly growing market demand, and we look forward to expanding our offerings to drive further business transformation for the Microsoft partner community."
