HOSTING selects CloudSense

CloudSense is helping HOSTING, a leading provider of managed cloud services, to design and quote solutions for their customers more effectively and efficiently. Replacing a home-grown provisioning and quoting system, the CloudSense Platform will provide significantly greater agility across sales and customer order management, enabling the design and configuration of products and selling via a customer self-serve solution.

"We needed to modernize the tools used by our sales force. They needed the ability to design business-critical unified cloud solutions for our customers without the tools getting in the way.
CloudSense’s platform will enable us to be make quicker changes and be more innovative about product bundles and pricing strategies,” said Darrell Hyde, CTO, HOSTING. “The CloudSense Platform is able to bring together the sales journey and management of orders on Salesforce, providing an enhanced customer experience.”
“Like many other organizations, HOSTING is looking for greater flexibility, speed and accuracy to be able to respond to customer and market demands,” said Rowley Douglas, CloudSense, executive vice president. “After evaluating their entire sales and order processes, as well as the architecture behind it, HOSTING concluded that CloudSense fits the bill perfectly.”
