Tieto has signed a service partner agreement with Temenos, a market leading banking software provider, for delivering core banking solutions to the Nordic and Baltic regions. The partnership brings together Tieto?s knowledge and experience in providing digitalization services and solutions for the banking sector with the standardized and global best practice processes offered by Temenos.
The T24 Model Bank solution for core banking combined with Tieto?s industry expertise and local presence will enable banks to simplify their operations and act rapidly on customer needs.
Digitalization has been a top priority for banks for many years with investments primarily targeting the front-end. The banks are now starting to invest more into core banking transformation to achieve the next level of customer experience and digitalization.
- We are pleased to announce the partnership with Temenos. It complements Tieto?s current offering and further strengthens our ability to provide the full value chain for our customers, enabling them to focus on their core business and become more competitive, says Vahid Zohali, Vice President, Banking sector at Tieto.
- We have seen enormous momentum in the Nordic market and partnering with Tieto as a local partner for this region is a natural step in securing our footprint in the Nordics and Baltics. By combining Tieto?s capabilities and extensive experience with our global leading software, we will further strengthen our Model Bank offering for the market, says Steen Jensen, Head of Northern Europe at Temenos.
