Storage Focus is back – and bigger than ever1

Hammer’s established channel event, Storage Focus, provides senior executives with a comprehensive view of the storage, server and networking marketplace as well as the opportunity to hear from, and network with, a multitude of leading vendors in one location. And now for the first time in the event’s 9 year history, Hammer is combining its previous regional events into a pan-European behemoth for 2015 – SF15 – in iconic Barcelona.

Taking place at the fabulous Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I only 15 minutes from the city centre, from 16th – 18th September 2015, Storage Focus will see delegates from across Europe and over 20 vendors congregate at the 5* urban resort hotel – and complimentary and subsidised places are available for senior executives from companies currently buying storage, servers and/or networking.

The multiple benefits of the event include specialist market information & analyst insight, plenary & breakout sessions plus an exhibition zone, multiple networking opportunities, pre-bookable one-to-one sessions with specific vendors, and delegates even have the option to extend their stay for the weekend if they wish.
Headline sponsors Dell, Dot Hill, HGST, Intel and Seagate will lead the conference element, along with Hammer and leading analyst, Canalys. In addition to the five headline sponsors, more than 15 other manufacturers will also exhibit and feature in breakout zones, allowing ample opportunities for delegates to tailor their experience to their individual needs by attending seminars and vendors’ stands of particular interest.

Regional Storage Focus events have mirrored the success of UK events in Belgium, Netherlands and Nordics since its launch 9 years ago, and all have increased in popularity every year. Now is the time to combine the value-add benefits of all previous Storage Focus events into the biggest one yet, says James Ward, Managing Director at Hammer.

“The ever-changing channel means that keeping on top of developing technologies and trends, and maintaining competitiveness, requires more flexibility and knowledge than ever. We are therefore proud to continue to provide an unbiased view of the marketplace, and we aim to help every customer boost their advantage over their competitors – and consequently their revenue and profit streams – as a result of attending Storage Focus.”

“This year is certainly no exception, as we are bolstering customers’ Storage Focus experience by combining previous regional events into one all-encompassing and beneficial event, including unparalleled access to the front-running vendors in the industry, and more opportunities than ever for customers to network without boundaries,” he continued.
