QLogic and Lenovo collaborate on Beijing Enterprise Briefing Centre

QLogic has worked with Lenovo on the opening of its Beijing Enterprise Briefing Centre, a space that offers comprehensive access to Lenovo’s portfolio of enterprise products, innovations and services. As the leading I/O provider for the centre, QLogic is able to demonstrate to Lenovo’s key customers how its Ethernet and Fibre Channel connectivity solutions enrich Lenovo’s server and storage offerings with robust features and exceptional performance.

Having partnered on the inaugural Research Triangle Park Enterprise Briefing Centre which opened in April of 2015, the latest collaboration between QLogic and Lenovo represents a continued commitment to providing true enterprise-class storage and server performance to growing IT markets in China and around the globe. Lenovo Flex System compute nodes support QLogic® 10Gb Ethernet technology and Lenovo’s server portfolio incorporates QLogic’s award-winning 16Gb Gen 5 Fibre Channel adapters.

“The Beijing Enterprise Briefing Centre provides QLogic access to Lenovo’s key end-user customers throughout China,” said Tony Carrozza, senior vice president of worldwide sales, QLogic. “Engaging more directly with users both strengthens the QLogic brand globally and allows us to better educate end-users regarding the advantages of implementing QLogic’s Fibre Channel and Ethernet I/O solutions.”

“QLogic is a key go-to-market partner for Lenovo and the main I/O provider for the Beijing Enterprise Briefing Centre,” said Liu Zheng, vice president of marketing and general manager of China Relationship Business, Lenovo. “With an extensive portfolio of Ethernet and Fibre Channel adapter options, QLogic delivers connectivity solutions that unleash the full power of Lenovo storage and servers.”
