DCS Awards

The gala evening featured a highly entertaining session from up and coming comedian Andrew Ryan and live music from Ruby and the Rhythms. The awards were supported by headline sponsor Source Data Centres, who also sponsored the drinks reception.
DURING THE EVENING donations were made to the Data Centre Alliance’s entry into the Tough Mudder challenge a team-oriented 10+ mile obstacle course designed to test physical strength and mental grit that takes place in Winchester this September. Money raised on the evening will go to the DCA’s chosen charity ALZHEIMER’S RESEARCH UK. In addition to the headline sponsor Source Data Centres, the 2015 edition also attracted a record number of sponsors for the event including Claranet, Colt, the Datacentre Alliance, Data Centre World, DCP Professional Development, Data Centre People, Enlogic, Gigamon, Infinity, Navisite, Pure Storage, Schneider Electric, Suse, Touchdown PR, Virtual Instruments, WhiteSpider and Workspace Technology.

A TOTAL of 20 awards were made to the winners voted for by the readership of the Angel stable of print and online publications and the whole evening was presided over by MC Paul Trowbridge from Angel’s sister company EVITO. The Winners announced on the night were:
