DataCore Software advances to Preferred Solution Partner within the Cisco Solution Partner Program

DataCore is now a Preferred Partner within the Cisco® Solution Partner Program. The Internet of Everything (IoE) continues to bring together people, processes, data and things to enhance the relevancy of network connections. As a member of the Cisco Solution Partner Program, DataCore is able to quickly create and deploy solutions to enhance the capabilities, performance and management of the network to capture value in the IoE.

SANsymphony™-V is DataCore’s proven 10th-generation software platform with 25,000+ licenses deployed at more than 10,000 customer production sites globally. DataCore and Cisco partners can now provide 100-percent Cisco hardware solutions, end to end, covering storage, network, and compute needs in order to provide complete data centre solutions with Tier-1 enterprise storage capabilities. These solutions provide enterprise-class storage features for both self-contained hyper-converged setups as well as architectures that allow independent scaling of storage and compute, all connected by a Cisco-powered network fabric. Optional new or legacy external block storage systems from third parties can be easily integrated into these solutions according to business requirements.

“This is an excellent strategic technology partnership that promises to enhance the Cisco UCS infrastructure with DataCore’s powerful, comprehensive storage capabilities,” said Rob Wentz, Vice President of Business Development & Alliances at Cumberland Group. “We are looking forward to working with DataCore to enable our enterprise customers to drive greater value, performance, availability and simplicity out of their storage investments.”

“We are excited about DataCore Software's comprehensive Tier-1 storage capabilities and how they strongly complement the extensive practice we have built using Cisco UCS Servers," stated Robert Mueller, Vice President of Advanced Technology Services at MNJ Technologies Direct. “DataCore’s technology combined with Cisco allows MNJ to help customers achieve business agility through a flexible Software-Defined Storage infrastructure, and easily meet their objectives around business-critical data."
