Located in central London, Instant On IT has developed a reputation for tailor-made IT and service excellence since it was founded ten years ago. Working with a wide range of businesses, their expertise spans IT support and management, Cloud and virtualisation services and consultancy.

Paul Coote, Instant On IT’s Founder and Managing Director, said: “We joined the Cloud Industry Forum because, having been involved in virtualisation for the past eight years, we are keen advocates of Cloud technologies and want to be at the forefront of the debates that drive our industry forward. The Cloud Industry Forum has made important progress in demystifying the Cloud industry, improving standards for the delivery of Cloud services with its Code of Practice, and representing the industry at the highest levels of government. We are therefore very pleased to have joined and look forward to taking an active role in the Forum.”

The Cloud Industry Forum was established in 2009 to provide transparency through certification to a Code of Practice for credible online Cloud Service Providers and to assist end users in determining core information necessary to enable them to adopt these services.

Alex Hilton, CEO of the Cloud Industry Forum, added: “CIF’s primary goal is to establish robust standards of transparency, accountability and capability across the Cloud industry. Instant On IT has a strong record in this regard, so we are very pleased to welcome them to our membership roster. Along with our existing members, I am sure that Instant On IT will make an important contribution to the work that we do as an organisation in the drive for industry-wide standards, which in turn will provide comfort and clarity to end users seeking to move to the Cloud.”
