Underpinning the launch is a major investment in technology due to be completed mid-2015 which will deploy new systems across the whole business, making it fully transparent for clients and facilitating open-book accounting. In addition, mobile technology is being put at the forefront enabling the business to be fully responsive to changing workplace situations, to optimise efficiency and value for customers.
Chris Kenneally, Chief Executive of Cordant Services, said: “The business is already well-established in the sectors in which it operates, but we saw a gap in the market for an integrated set of niche businesses, run by service line experts who self deliver tailored solutions to customers. Aligning our specialist divisions within this new structure means that we can offer bundled solutions, and provide added value for customers. We are bringing in new technology that is way ahead of anything else in the marketplace, which, along with our strong leadership team will provide the platform to drive our ambitious growth strategy for the Group.”
