CENX wins three new customers

CENX, a global leader of Service Orchestration solutions for software-defined networks, has received initial orders from three new service provider customers in Asia, Europe and North America, each serving millions of enterprise and consumer users.

These orders represent the range of applications that CENX’s Cortx Service Orchestrator supports, bringing network service agility through automation of services fulfillment and real-time service assurance. One provider has selected Cortx Service Orchestrator for real-time performance assurance of its mobile backhaul network, while two wireline service providers have chosen CENX’s Audit as a Service to improve their service inventory integrity for optimal network operations.

“CENX’s customer base is expanding rapidly as service providers worldwide focus on rapid rollout of quality-assured service offerings in a very competitive marketplace. Such service agility can only be achieved with effective end-to-end service orchestration,” said Ed Ogonek, President and CEO of CENX. “These wins underscore the flexibility of the Cortx Service Orchestrator solution in addressing the business objectives that are of highest priority to each provider, whatever the service domain.”

CENX Service Orchestration solutions can be deployed in a variety of configurations, to suit various architectures and business models. CENX offers its Audit as a Service, to introduce service providers to the power of service orchestration. Data from disparate sources is reconciled into an accurate view of service inventory. Building on this network view, Cortx Service Orchestrator creates a unified service information model as a foundation for full service lifecycle management: ordering, provisioning, troubleshooting, SLA management, performance assurance and analytics.
