Host Europe Group acquires SaaS based company, SignUp.to

Host Europe Group has announced the acquisition of Signup.to (SU2), for an undisclosed consideration. This acquisition will further strengthen Host Europe’s position as a leading provider of enterprise solutions to small and medium sized businesses.

Sign-Up.to, a web based email-marketing business, specialising in easy to use feature rich tools and effective solutions for small businesses, has developed a sophisticated email and SMS marketing platform and application that allows its customers to create powerful and personalised marketing campaigns. Host Europe Group saw the value in Sign-Up.to’s offering and acquired the company to offer a product suite and toolset to help customers expand and grow their businesses. By joining forces, Sign-Up.to will be able to expand its business operations in the UK and Germany by taking advantage of Host Europe Group’s customer reach of over one million entities.

Patrick Pulvermüller, CEO, Host Europe Group, said, “Both companies are committed to working together to help our small business customers achieve the very best results. As we launch our new SaaS initiative, Sign-Up.to ‘s expertise will be invaluable in helping our customers grow their businesses.”

Eventually, the two companies will fully integrate to provide marketing services, with features such as data management, email marketing, social media, marketing automation and behavioural targeting. Existing customers will not be affected and will continue to benefit from access to a wide variety of services from all parts of Host Europe Group’s offerings, from domains through to managed hosting solutions.

Matt McNeill, founder of Sign-Up.to, detailed the future potential: “Through Host Europe Group, we have the potential to reach a much larger customer base and to enhance both Sign-Up.to and Host Europe Group’s offerings. By combining our proven and established team with Host Europe Group’s range and resources, we’ll be able to help our customers succeed online in a new and improved way.”
