Andy O’Meany, Managing Director for Kaia Global Networks comments: “Primarily Kaia is focused on providing a premium IP Transit Service in Europe and the US and this is a key component to the portfolio of services that we offer. As we continue to grow our network footprint it is imperative that we partner with the right companies who share our view of delivering the best services to our customers. We have built our reputation by following the highest standards on reliability and we are very pleased that by working with EvoSwitch so many companies in The Netherlands will enjoy the direct benefits of working with us”.

Vincent Rais, business development manager for interconnection at EvoSwitch agrees. “We spend a lot of time building communities in our data centers and the communities around connectivity services traditionally have been strongest owing to being a carrier neutral data center provider. We feel that Kaia Global Networks’ decision to open a Point of Presence at our AMS1 data center will offer our customers choice that relies on high quality transit services, most notably for the content providers that choose to colocate with us.

Over the past twelve months, EvoSwitch has made several landmark announcements, around various large customer wins, its international expansion into the United States with EvoSwitch USA and their WDC1 facility in Virginia, their further expansion of its largest facility in Amsterdam, AMS1 and plans to open a second data center, AMS2, in Amsterdam, in the second half of 2015.
