Outsourcery launches partner support programme and ‘one-stop-shop’, with InFlite and InSite

New programme to educate and activate the whole cloud supply chain.

Outsourcery announces the launch of its latest partner programme of exclusive member benefits, support and incentives, InFlite. Available to Outsourcery’s top Premier Partners, including the likes of Freedom Communications, Damovo, Neptune and IP Solutions, the educational programme aims to provide everything these partners need to either launch or continue to grow their cloud business and deliver flexible and cost-efficient solutions to their customers.

Research from the Cloud Industry Forum (CIF) has highlighted that 69 per cent of companies use cloud services today, compared with only 48 per cent in 2010. With this increase in mind, Outsourcery is aware that many resellers are looking to capitalise on this trend but aren’t sure how.
Piers Linney, Co-CEO of Outsourcery said: “Many of our partners are approaching the cloud for the first time and often there can be an underlying nervousness when incorporating something new into their service offering. InFlite has been developed to address this exact scenario. We’ve created an all-encompassing programme so partners have a dedicated resource to go to for support during the process of moving to cloud.”

InFlite will be launching on the 10th October at Cloud23, the Hilton’s 23rd floor bar in Manchester, offering breathtaking views across the city. At the launch, Outsourcery will be providing Premier Partners with exclusive information about the partner support and solutions available to them, as well as launching an invitation-only top class incentive scheme. In addition Outsourcery will be offering a preview of its new Unified Communications (UC) 2013 solution ahead of general release.

Later this month, partners will also gain access to Outsourcery’s new InSite Partner Portal. With InSite, partners will be able to access marketing collateral, sales material, support and communications as well as provision their customer solutions via this self-service portal. InSite will act as a ‘one-stop-shop’, bringing together all of the information they need, in one location, accessible via a single sign-on, to expedite their routes to market with cloud solutions specific to their customer needs.

“At Outsourcery we pride ourselves on our relationship with our partners and the launch of InFlite and InSite reflects our continued dedication to those partners’ cloud services’ needs.

“For many businesses that have already ‘gone cloud’ and committed to working in partnership with us, turning this decision into tangible sales of cloud solutions is not always a straightforward step, which is why this extra support from Outsourcery to get them off the ground could be crucial to their success,” Piers concluded.
