Grace spent many years in the downstream oil industry in both operations and management systems. Then she taught at masters-degree-level before moving into a management and information-security systems role in a facilities management company, serving a major government site. She holds the highest level of security clearance and is both a registered PRINCE2® Practitioner and a national-accredited assessor for the EFQM Business Excellence Model which she has worked with since its launch in 1992.
’PAS - Cyber Security Risk - Governance and Management’ was released by the British Standards Institution (BSI) in 2013. It takes the approach of describing the appearance of effective cyber security. That is, rather than specifying how to approach a problem, it describes what the solution should look like. In conjunction with other standards, PAS 555 can be used to confirm that the solutions are comprehensive.
The new Managing Cyber Security Risk Training Course has been designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to develop a cyber security risk management strategy. The course is based upon the new cyber security risk standard PAS 555 and the CESG’s 10 Steps to Cyber Security.
