Indigo Telecom Group wins support service contract with Huawei

Telecom specialist services company to provide network monitoring and support.

Telecom specialist services company Indigo Telecom Group, has signed an agreement to supply Huawei, a leading global ICT solutions provider, with professional support services at the Huawei Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) in Reading.


The deal, which will run for 12 months is the end result of a tender process that gave Indigo the opportunity to demonstrate their expertise in network, monitoring, maintenance and support. Indigo will supply 1st line support to Huawei’s network customers with onsite personnel based at Huawei’s TAC as well as additional services including network management and overflow support, emergency and major event cover.


Stephen Thompson, CEO at Indigo said: “This is a significant win for Indigo and demonstrates that we can deliver best in class network monitoring, maintenance and support. We are focussed on providing added value to our clients and will be supplying Huawei with additional overflow capacity through the Indigo Network Operation Centre and a scalable service that will support their growth in the UK market.”
