Distinguished analyst from Gartner Research to keynote at managed services & hosting summit

Tiffani’s presentation, Hybrid IT: How Internal and External Cloud Services are Transforming IT and the Role the Channel Will Play in the Future, will cover how the combination of internal and external cloud-based services is transforming IT architectures, the role of IT in businesses and what the channel will be required to do to help customers of all sizes leverage the value of new delivery and consumption models going forward.

Tiffani is one of Gartner’s foremost analysts and speakers, headlining at many major vendor and industry events around the world. Her talk at the Managed Services and Hosting Summit will include recent Gartner research on the Managed Services and Cloud markets plus research behind her recent paper entitled ‘Providers Must Adjust Their Channel Programs as Partners Take to the Cloud’.
