Bouygues Telecom Enterprises and NEC launch SaaS market place for small business customers

NEC Corporation and Bouygues Telecom Enterprises, a leading provider of converged fixed/mobile services in France, announced the launch of “Solutions Cloud Pro,” a Software as a Service (SaaS) application market place for small businesses with up to 10 employees. NEC has provided Bouygues Telecom Enterprises with the NEC Cloud Service Broker, a Carrier Cloud Services platform, and managed services for their cloud platform.

The partnership leverages NEC’s expertise in cloud computing and Bouygues Telecom Enterprises’ local market reach to offer a range of SaaS applications to small businesses. The SaaS applications were selected by NEC and Bouygues Telecom Enterprises, both from NEC’s existing applications portfolio and newly integrated applications from local Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).

Dany Nassif, Business Development Director, NEC France said, “Using these SaaS applications is an innovative way for small enterprises to meet their ever changing business needs. We are proud to support Bouygues Telecom Enterprises in empowering their business customers by helping them to improve efficiency and reduce IT operational costs whilst allowing them to focus on their core business.”

“The Solutions Cloud Pro enables our small business customers to benefit from a range of on-demand business applications such as enterprise management software, direct marketing solutions, office applications, GPS tracking solutions, video-conferencing and video surveillance solutions. These applications, traditionally only accessible by larger enterprises, are now available on a more flexible monthly tariff. Customers are no longer required to make large investments on purchasing and maintaining business applications and are able to maintain full control of their expenses because they only pay for what they use,” said Brigitte NICOLAÏ, SOHO Business BU, Director, Bouygues Telecom Enterprises.

Solutions Cloud Pro started with the following ten applications covering a complete range of business needs.
- Yourcegid (estimation and invoicing)
- Kubbos (business management)
- Invokit (sales management)
- SMS Marketing (direct marketing)
- EMBlue (direct marketing)
- LibreOffice Suite (office applications)
- N-Mobile (GPS tracking)
- Spontania Videomeeting (video conference)
- Spontania ClassRoom (e-learning)
