Daisy Group launches business ‘Resource Centre’

Support and advice for UK businesses.

Daisy Group plc, the business communications provider, is launching its new ‘Resource Centre’, putting a huge range of free expert advice and support at the disposal of UK businesses.


The Resource Centre http://www.daisygroupplc.com/resource-centre/ will sit at the heart of Daisy Group’s main website and feature a wide range of support and free tools aimed specifically at filling a knowledge and information gap in the market for for small to medium-sized businesses. Key features of the Resource Centre include:
· Free access to a range of white papers on a variety of subjects related to business-enhancing technology such as cloud services and mobile working
· Useful guides and video tutorials on a range of technology areas
· Access to Daisy research and data including consumer and business reports and surveys
· ‘Ask an Expert’ forum featuring advice and Q&As from experts in a range of business issues
· Product help pages giving set up guides, FAQs and instruction manuals
· Service updates for exisiting Daisy customers, allowing them to see at a glance how their communications services are performing

The Resource Cente is the brainchild of Daisy Group Marketing Director Kate O’Brien who is spearheading many of the company’s business support initiatives. Kate says: “Small to medium sized organisation are the key to the UK’s business growth and are the ones that are helping drive the economic recovery. The tools they use to manage their business communications, from websites and handsets, all the way through to storing customer data, are critical for them. The Famous Four businesses featured in the resource centre are Daisy Group SME customers from across the country who are using Daisy products for their business communications. They include:
· Lottie Shaw’s is a family run wholesale craft bakery based in Calderdale, West Yorkshire. Their fast and secure Daisy broadband, mobile and phone services enable Charlotte and Ian to process orders quickly and to rely on 24/7 engineer support should they need it.
· Lewis Solutions launched in June 2011 as Shrewsbury's first Internet car showroom and vehicle descriptions are uploaded using mobile phones within minutes of the Lewis’s team purchasing them.
· Coe Costa and Moore opticians in Norwich has utilized technology to develop a number of customer services, aswell as using it in the actual sight testing and keeping up to date with all the latest optical applications.
· Homestraight Mortgages in Oxfordshire has used technology to diversify and offer a far wider range of services to customer across the world as well as using devices like iPads to enable them to photograph and record property details.
