ABM, a leading provider of facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions, has acquired LMC FM a Dublin-based facilities services company with coverage across Ireland. The acquisition reflects another step in ABM’s strategy to expand its capabilities and operations in Ireland. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
