Node4 appoints new Finance Director

Node4 says that Russell Baker has joined the company as its new Finance Director (FD). The appointment is a key strategic hire for Node4 following its management buyout earlier this year. Russell brings over 20 years experience to Node4, and in his previous roles has helped businesses to successfully transition and grow rapidly following management buyouts.

UK data centre operator Infinity SDC announces a £4.8 million profit from its trading results for the year to 31st March 2013. During this period the company increased revenue to £16.6 million, up from £3.6 million in the previous financial year.

Logicalis Group has appointed Gary Bullard as Chief Executive of Logicalis Group, with effect from 1st March 2014. Gary will succeed Ian Cook who is retiring as CEO but will become non-executive Chairman of Logicalis Group.
