Eaton has announced the addition of support for parallel operation of its single-phase, energy efficient 9PX UPSs in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). As a result IT and facility managers can now power more equipment in their computer rooms, small data centres, industrial and medical applications by operating two 9PX units in parallel, or they can add redundancy to their system by installing a second UPS. Cannon Technologies has announced a partnership deal with Asis, a global designer and manufacturer of complete enclosure systems for ATCA, CompactPCI and custom applications.
